Solo Shows

Acoustic blues, country blues, roots music and surprises, Joe gives an astonishing performance. He is arguably the worlds’ foremost authority on the art of solo diatonic harmonica and one of the most respected players. He has performed solo throughout the US and in England, Germany, Brazil and Taiwan.

Harmonica Parties

Joe and a host of his highly talented friends perform traditional blues, original songs, Cajun tunes and more.

Joe Filisko & Eric Noden

Eric is Joe’s soul brother and possibly perfect musical match.  Joe has known and admired Eric for years but only started gigging with him early in 2003. Festival performances in France, Germany, Croatia, England, Sweden, Belgium, Australia and Brazil. At home performances have included  Chicago Blues Fest, the American Music Fest, the Two Way Street Coffee House, Fox Valley Folk Festival, Paramount Blues Festival, Buddy Guy’s Legends, WFMT “Folkstage,” and weekly you can hear them on Saturday at 7PM on WFMT 98.7FM Chicago, with the “Sweet Folk Chicago” theme song.
